I understand that the ownership and control structure must satisfy U.S. air carrier requirements.

I intend to operate with high standards of safety, integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

3. Continue to Buyer and Company Information.

Guidance

The Get Started section is used to collect the information needed to evaluate the proposed acquisition and prepare the Letter of Intent.

Information can be completed or updated as the acquisition progresses.
Information that already exists in the air charter company profile will not need to be entered again.
Buyer information will be associated with the selected air charter company so USAC can work on more than one acquisition at the same time.
Information collected during Get Started can later be reused for the Letter of Intent, Purchase Agreement, aircraft conformity, management qualification, training, and FAA transition activities.

Definitions

Air Charter Company: The legal entity that holds the FAA Part 135 air carrier certificate. The certificate remains with the company.

Acquisition: The purchase of the company that holds the air carrier certificate and the subsequent transition of the company to the purchaser's aircraft, personnel, and operation.
