: When all of the above data is complete, click on this button. Data can be edited at a later time.

Multi-Day Flight: Click on this box if there will be a series of flights that require more than one dispatch sheet to be prepared. Multi-day flights have one or more of the following: a ten-hour rest period between flights; a change of aircraft; or, a change of crew.

Client: Select a client from the drop-down menu or click on Client and enter data characterizing the client. The client is a corporation, company, individual, or other legal entity.

Aircraft: Select the aircraft from the drop-down menu. If the aircraft is not listed on the drop-down menu, contact your Director of Maintenance or website administrator.

Lead Pax: Enter the name of the lead passenger. This will be the single point-of-contact used for the traveling group.

Captain: Enter the name of the Captain who is accountable for the trip. The Captain must be Captain current and qualified as per the GOM and Ops Specs. The Captain is assigned by the Company.

First Officer: Enter the name of the First Officer (FO). The FO must be FO current and qualifed as per the GOM and Ops Specs. The FO is assigned by the Company.

FAR Trip Type: Enter the type of trip - either a Part 91 or Part 135 trip. A Part 91 or Part 135 trip is considered released and a dispatch sheet is available from the home page. A trip type of Scheduled is not released and a dispatch sheet is not available from the home page. A trip can be released only by company personnel authorized to dispatch a flight. A Part 135 trip is any trip that contains one or more 135 legs (see below).

Date: Enter the date in format D, or M/D, or M/D/YYYY. Do not enter leading zeros before the month or day. For example, enter "26" to refer to the 26th day of the current month. Enter 3/22 to refer to the 22nd day of March. Enter 10/22/2015 to refer to the 22day of October in the year 2015. Subsequent entries do not need to have a day entered if the leg departs on the same day.

Dept: Select the departure from the drop-down menu. Users with dispatch authorization can click on the "Dept" link and enter an airport and FBO. Those authorized individuals shall add only airports for which the company is allowed to operate. Such as airports with adequate runway and facilities for the general types of operations.

SOB: Enter the souls on board including the flight crew. This number should be greater or equal to the minimum number of flight crew and less than or equal to the maximum number of people allowed aboard as per the aircraft type certificate.

Departure Time: Enter the departure time in military time. For example, 10 AM would be 1000, 1 AM would be 100, 11:30 PM would be 2330. If you company has chosen to use Zulu time, then use that time format.

Block Time: Enter the flight time in military time. One minute is 1, 35 minutes is 35, 1 hour and 35 minutes is 135. Use digits only.

135 Leg: Check this box if there are passengers aboard a revenue leg. If this box is checked, the dispatch sheet will include an entry for the weight and balance to be recorded.

Notes: Enter notes for the flight crew.
