The Air Carrier
You will fill the role of President or one of the Vice Presidents.
USAC Aviation
Own an aircraft.
Want to participate and have greater control of your aircraft.
Want to offset active income with a capital depreciation deduction.
Will own 12% of the charter company.
Will hold a key business management position (see figure below).
Will be a member of the board of directors.
Will be actively involved in running the business.
You will be supported by an experienced team of aviation professionals.
The company owns an FAA issued air carrier certificate.
The air carrier is authorized for commercial on-demand operations conducted under Part
135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Has an approved set of manuals and authorizations that include: General Operations Manual,
Training Program, General Maintenance Manual, International Flight Operations Manual, RVSM
Operations Manual, Safety Management System, and Emergency Response.
Is currently fully operational and conducting air carrier operations.
Is the owner of the air carrier and has experience operating commercially throughout the world.
Provides infrastructure support that includes, but is not limited to:
Marketing and Advertising
Quoting, Booking, and Billing
Contracting
Flight and Ground Support
Company Procedures and Emergency Training
Scheduling.
